the Start Date
- Ensure
temporary employee has a defined workspace
- Have
a brief job outline prepared
- Inform
all parties who will have interaction with temp the name of
the temp

any special / specific training is required insure that it is
scheduled

any confidentiality agreements need to be signed have them ready
After
the Start Date
- Provide
proper introduction / orientation for temp
- Go
over timesheet responsibilities
- Provide
temp with all required company information
- Go
over work expectations with temp
